God's Glory Filled the Tabernacle [Exodus 40]

34Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

 35Moses was not able to enter the tent of meeting because the cloud had settled on it, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

 36Throughout all their journeys whenever the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the sons of Israel would set out;

 37but if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not set out until the day when it was taken up.

 38For throughout all their journeys, the cloud of the LORD was on the tabernacle by day, and there was fire in it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel.

Apparently, Moses, Aaron and the craftsmen got everything just right because God moved in and dwelt among his people just as He promised. He was their true leader in the journey and they followed His lead.

If you are God's child today, His glory dwells in You through the Holy Spirit. You have a leader to show you when to move and and when to stay and so much more because of Jesus who made the way for God to indwell His people.

We praise You, Lord, that you made a way to be close to us when there was no way. You are the true leader of our lives. Cause us follow You and to keep the tabernacle of our bodies and minds untangled from the world's clutter and increasingly filled with your presence.
